2 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 ozs. of baking chocolate (2 sqs.)
1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
1/4 teas. salt
1/2 teas. baking powder
1 teas. orange extract
1/2 cup raisins
4 ozs. pecan chips (optional)
1/4 cup chocolate or butterscotch chips (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease 8" x 8" pan.

Place chocolate and butter in a microwave -safe bowl and melt together.

Beat eggs, then add sugar and mix together. Add chocolate mixture, stirring continually to avoid cooking eggs. Sift in flour, salt, baking powder mixture. Add orange extract and raisins -  nuts and chips if you choose.

Pour mixture into well-greased 8" x 8" pan.  Bake 25-30 minutes in convection oven and 35-40 minutes in regular oven.  Cool thoroughly and turn out of baking pan.
