Long before we started working on the Sons of the American Revolution cookbook, "From Patriotic Kitchens", Larry and I had started compiling our own favorite recipes in a personal cookbook. Our personal favorites and a few traditional family favorites are included here.

In 2010, Larry's heart operation caused us to take a new look at food and we will be adding the heart healthy recipes we find and enjoy with a symbol to help you choose them as well. These will be the recipes that use whole fresh fruits and vegetables, low or no fat, limited or no added salt, and lots of flavor.
