Mom's Sweetmilk Waffles

Sift together:	1 1/2 c. flour	2 cups
	2 teas. baking powder	3 teas.
	1/3 teas. salt	1/2 teas.
Beat:	2 egg whites to stiff froth, not dry	3 eggs
Add:	2 Tbsp. sugar in 2 portions and beat until mixture stands in soft peaks	3 Tbsp.
Beat:	2 egg yolks	3 yolks
Add:	1 cup + 3 Tbsp. milk	1 3/4 cups
	3 Tbsp. oil	1/4 cup
Add:	sifted flour mixture
Beat:	until smooth
Lightly Fold in:	egg whites

This recipes makes light and airy waffles and the batter can be
made early and held over to the next day.
