Kalamata Aioli
From the kitchen of the Arizona Biltmore Resort in
Phoenix comes this fabulous recipe for dipping or spreading crusty bread.
1 cup kalamata olives
1 ½ cups mayonnaise
2 teas. lime juice
2 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
2 basil leaves
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until
smooth. Serve with fresh, hard-crusted bread.
