Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix together by hand:

2 cups flour
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Then mix in:
2 sticks of soft butter
1 cup sour cream

Use a heavy mini muffin pan and fill each, using a small ice cream scoop. Bake for 20 minutes.

Makes 24, maybe a couple more.
