Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bone chicken breasts and soak in water for
30 minutes. Flour chicken breasts lightly and brown in 1 inch of oil.
Arrange in a layer in a shallow 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Sauté green pepper
and onion in butter. Add cranberry sauce, sugar and salt. Pour over
chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with rice.
