    Simply Special Chicken
  
     This is a 
    main course that we have often because it is so easy.  
    Niece's husband, 
    Steve is the source of this grilled healthy treat. 
    
    
    
    
    Steve's Grilled Chicken
    
    skinless chicken breasts  
    brush with olive oil 
    sprinkle with Lawry's Seasoning  
    
    Grill until brown and cooked inside.  
    
    Sort of Caesar Salad 
    
    Fresh torn spinach and halved cherry tomatoes are topped 
    with shaved parmesan cheese. Vinegar and olive oil, mixed with minced 
    garlic, salt and freshly ground pepper. 
    
    Steamed green beans 
    and corn-on-the-cob are old standbys. Microwave corn in the husk,  4 
    minutes per cob.  
    Our addition to this meal 
    was a dessert of fresh peaches and  raspberries with 
    honey.
