Artichokes in Greek Sauce heart healthy

Use either frozen artichokes or canned artichoke hearts. You may also use this sauce to pour over steamed fresh artichokes.

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 or 2 whole garlic cloves, peeled

1/4 teas. salt 1 tbsp. lemon juice

1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley - or - 1 teas. minced dill

Place olive oil, garlic and salt in pan, add artichokes and cook until heated through and tender. Remove garlic, add parsley or dill and lemon juice. Good hot or cold.
